Policies
Applies to digital products and services purchased through Borderless Teacher's checkout.
This policy covers the two products sold through checkout on this website: the International Teaching Career Guide ($47) and the Dossier Review ($197). Both are processed through Paystack.
The U.S. Admissions Advisory is not sold through an online checkout. It is arranged directly with Matthews after an introductory call, and pricing and terms are agreed individually for each engagement. If you've booked advisory services directly, your engagement terms are whatever was agreed in writing with Matthews, not this policy.
Prices are displayed on this website in U.S. Dollars for reference. Because our Paystack account is registered in South Africa, all payments are processed and charged in South African Rand (ZAR). If you're paying with a card issued outside South Africa, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and foreign transaction fee — this is outside our control.
Both products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment.
Delivered automatically by email immediately after payment is confirmed by Paystack, with a direct download link to the guide (PDF). If you don't receive it within a few hours, check your spam folder first, then contact us — see below.
This is a service, not an instant download. After payment, we'll email you instructions for submitting your CV, teaching philosophy, and any other materials for review. Written feedback is typically delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving your complete materials.
If a delivery email doesn't arrive, or a link doesn't work, contact us at matthews@borderlessteacher.com and we'll resolve it directly — this is treated as a delivery failure, not a refund request.
To request a refund, email matthews@borderlessteacher.com with your order details (the email used at checkout and the product purchased). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack in South African Rand (ZAR) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you paid with a non-South African card, the amount you see refunded in your local currency may differ slightly from what you originally paid, due to exchange rate movement between the two dates — this is a bank conversion effect, not an adjustment on our part.
