Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of this website and purchase of Borderless Teacher's products and services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Borderless Teacher website and the purchase of any guide, review, or advisory service offered by Borderless Teacher (Pty) Ltd., a company registered in South Africa ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Borderless Teacher is operated by Borderless Teacher (Pty) Ltd., a company registered in South Africa, registration number K2026539909, registered at South Africa. Matthews Mazibuko is the founder and principal advisor. You can reach us at matthews@borderlessteacher.com.

2. Products and services

We offer the following, each with its own scope described on the relevant product page:

  • International Teaching Career Guide — a digital guide delivered by download upon purchase.
  • Dossier Review — a written feedback service on submitted application materials.
  • U.S. Admissions Advisory — a personalised, multi-session advisory engagement, scoped and priced individually and agreed separately in writing.

Product descriptions, pricing, and what's included are accurate as of the date of purchase and may change for future customers without affecting orders already placed.

3. Payment

All payments for the guide and the dossier review are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Prices are displayed on this website in U.S. Dollars for reference. Because our Paystack account is registered in South Africa, all transactions are actually processed and charged in South African Rand (ZAR) at checkout. If you're paying with a non-South African card, your bank may apply its own currency conversion and may charge a foreign transaction fee — this is set by your card issuer, not by us.

4. Delivery and refunds

Delivery timelines and refund eligibility for each product are set out in our Delivery & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The International Teaching Career Guide, all written materials, website content, and any feedback provided as part of the Dossier Review are the intellectual property of Borderless Teacher (Pty) Ltd. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our materials without written permission.

6. No guarantee of outcome

Our guides, reviews, and advisory services are based on Matthews's direct professional experience and are intended to improve your preparation and positioning. We do not guarantee that you will receive a job offer, be admitted to any school, or achieve any specific outcome, as these decisions are made by third-party schools, universities, and employers outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borderless Teacher (Pty) Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to matthews@borderlessteacher.com or through our contact page.
